Conceptial Design _2019 School work

Consider our client Stefan Mouchie's situation and focus. Our group decided to design a three floors integrated building at 115 McCaul St. Each floor had its individual usages, such as fashion studio, retail, and office, to separate the privacy level. Throughout our research

of Stefan Mouchie, it is a clothing brand that expresses women in the workspace; their designer influenced by 1960's silhouettes and tailoring. So straight, feminine, and empowering are the keyword in our design. We also take inspiration from 1960's fashion and vintage style into the design and consider the interaction between customers and workers to decide the format.
